The RapidPlas Group is looking for a passionate and focused Internal Sales Representative to join our team!

🔹 Key Role Functions

✔️ Generate sales, open doors, and practice the science of selling every day
✔️ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets
✔️ Convert an existing pipeline of warm leads into closed sales
✔️ Work closely with our external sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
✔️ Deliver excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
✔️ Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM system
✔️ Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management


🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔹 Highly motivated individual with a passion for sales
🔹 Previous inside sales (phone-based) experience
🔹 Experience using CRMs and sales tools
🔹 Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs / Targets
🔹 Engaging communication skills across video, phone, and email
🔹 Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
🔹 Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
🔹 Strong customer service focus and motivation
🔹 Fun, energetic, and hardworking attitude
🔹 Account management experience (desired, but not essential)
